After purchasing, send an email to [email protected]r with the chosen items:

Art: you can send the chosen art for the stickers or choose a ready-made model from our gallery.

If the choice is to send the art, the size of the image must be 6cm long x 2cm high in png format.

Always prefer dark colors so that the image is very clear when applied to the candle.

Bottle cap: can choose metal cap or cork

Aroma: you can choose the aroma of your candles from rosemary bark and leaves, bamboo, bergamot, spicy cinnamon, lemongrass, white tea or lavender

Packaging: if you want to make your candle even more charming, the packaging in organza or raw cotton must be purchased separately in our product catalogue.

Deadline:

Up to 50 units - 10 working days.

Over 50 units - 15 to 20 business days.

Note - If paying by bank slip, the confirmation period may take up to 2 business days.

Caring for your candle:

* Position the candle in a flat place before lighting

* Burn the wax until it reaches the edge of the bottle for a more intense aroma experience

* Trim the wick before relighting to avoid high flame and black smoke

* Extinguish the candle after 2 hours of use as a preventive measure. To extinguish, use the lid to stifle the heat.

* Always keep the candle under adult supervision, out of reach of children and pets
